From The Founder

My own story of migration began years ago when I chose to leave my home country to study abroad. Arriving in Poland, I faced a new world of unfamiliar immigration procedures, an entirely different language, and a legal system I knew nothing about. This pivotal decision not only marked the beginning of a new chapter in my life but also deeply intertwined the experience of migration with my identity.

Like many immigrants, my journey was anything but simple. Securing temporary residence permits felt like climbing a daunting mountain, with each document and requirement throwing up a new hurdle. As I navigated the bureaucratic labyrinth, I moved from one milestone to the next — achieving permanent residency and then finally obtaining citizenship. Each stage was a chapter of its own, marked by its own set of struggles and triumphs. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the emotional highs and lows that shape the immigrant experience.

My commitment to this field is deeply rooted in my personal experiences, academic background, and professional expertise. While pursuing my Master’s degree in EU Law at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, I began working with immigrants and delving into migration issues. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with top experts, international organizations, EU agencies, and specialized teams focused on migration, human rights, and EU law. My work has encompassed a wide range of migration issues, from voluntary and forced migration to integration support for foreigners, including my role as a certified Frontex Monitor overseeing forced-return operations at both national and international levels.

I strongly believe that the only way to do great work is to love what you do. At MigraMate, we don’t just say it, we live it. We take the tangled mess of immigration and turn it into a journey with a map, a guide, and a fair bit of common sense — because getting where you’re going shouldn’t feel like wandering in the dark.

Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet unique vision: to create an immigration consulting firm that transcends the traditional boundaries of a typical law firm. After working in the migration field for several years, we envisioned a place where clients could feel heard, treated with respect — one that’s trustworthy, professional, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.

With firsthand experience as immigrants, we understand the challenges and uncertainties of navigating the immigration processes. We have always aimed to create the kind of firm we would have sought out for assistance — one that delivers the quality of service we would have loved to receive as immigrants.

We simply couldn’t let our vision fade. Driven by passion and a clear purpose, we founded MigraMate to build something meaningful and unmatched in the field.

Our Mission and Values

Our mission is to transform the immigration experience for our clients through exceptional, transparent, and professional legal services. Leveraging our personal experiences and deep understanding of immigration law and procedures, we guide our clients with integrity and expertise. Our goal is to ensure that each immigration matter is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.

Immigration law is a specialized field, and not all lawyers have the expertise required for this area. At MigraMate, we focus exclusively on immigration issues, setting us apart from general practitioners. We provide high-quality immigration legal services to protect clients from subpar practices, emphasizing integrity, professionalism, and transparency. By prioritizing effective communication and responsiveness, we address our clients’ needs with urgency and clarity. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards and delivering the excellence our clients deserve.
