Terms & Conditions

§1. General Information

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.migramate.pl, operated by MigraMate Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Jasna 6/13, 20-077 Lublin, NIP: 7123490726, REGON: 541257579, KRS: 0001163710 (hereinafter: “MigraMate”).
  2. You may contact the website administrator at info@migramate.pl or by phone at +48 530 384 825.
  3. Booking and paying for a consultation or any other service offered by MigraMate constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Scope of Services

  1. Through the website www.migramate.pl, Users may:
    • Review the scope of services offered by MigraMate,
    • Book a consultation (or another service),
    • Submit an inquiry via the contact form.
  2. Services provided electronically are rendered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
  3. Consultations can only be booked through www.migramate.pl, which redirects to the Calendly booking system.
  4. Booking and paying for a consultation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
  5. Consultations may take place either in person, online via a videoconferencing platform designated by the Administrator, or by phone.
  6. In-person consultations are held at MigraMate’s office, ul. Jasna 6/13, 20-077 Lublin, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Polish time).
  7. Online consultations may be available at other times, according to the schedule on MigraMate’s Calendly page, taking into account different time zones.
  8. A valid booking and participation in a consultation require full prepayment for the service using the method specified on the booking page.
  9. Failure to pay before the scheduled consultation time will result in cancellation of the booking.
  10. Failure by the User to attend a consultation, whether online or in person, will be deemed as the consultation having taken place and does not entitle the User to a refund.
  11. The User has the right to reschedule a consultation once, subject to prior agreement and acceptance by the Administrator. A rescheduling request must be made through Calendly or by email no later than one day before the scheduled consultation. 
  12. The Administrator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation for reasons attributable to MigraMate. In such cases, the Administrator shall promptly notify the User and offer an alternative date.

§3. Technical Requirements

  1. To use the website, the User must have a device with Internet access and a browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
  2. The website uses cookies for the following purposes:
    • Ensuring proper website functionality,
    • Analyzing website traffic,
    • Displaying content tailored to User preferences.
  3. Users may change browser settings at any time to block or delete cookies. Detailed instructions are available in the browser’s settings. 
  4. Restricting or disabling cookies may affect the use of some website functions.
  5. The Privacy Policy sets out detailed rules on the use, collection, and processing of cookies.
  6. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the proper and uninterrupted functioning of the website.

§4. Liability

  1. The Administrator shall not be liable for interruptions in website operation caused by force majeure, technical failures, or third-party actions.
  2. Information published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

§5. Personal Data

  1. Personal data provided by Users via the contact form or Calendly for the purpose of booking consultations are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the provision of services.

§6. Final Provisions

  1. All content, graphic elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, layout, source code, databases, and other materials published on www.migramate.pl, including their selection and arrangement, are the property of MigraMate Sp. z o.o. or third parties who have granted licenses, and are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994, the Act on Combating Unfair Competition of April 16, 1993, and other intellectual property laws.
  2. Any use, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, public performance, or adaptation of all or part of these materials without the prior written consent of the Administrator is prohibited and constitutes a violation of law.
  3. Users are granted the right to browse the website content and to download and print individual copies of materials for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and ownership notices are preserved.
  4. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Act of July 18, 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.
